Job summary

Tavolo Group Bali is seeking a friendly front-of-house hostess to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and escort them to tables. You will coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and accurate wait times, while maintaining a clean hostess stand and front-of-house area.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, providing menus, and escorting them to their tables.
• Handling phone calls, taking reservations and managing the seating chart.
• Managing the waitlist during busy periods, providing accurate wait times, and keeping guests informed.
• Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and efficient table turnover.
• Keeping the front-of-house area, including the hostess stand, clean and organized.
