Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a hospitable welcome.
• Register guests in the Property Management System according to reservations and passports.
• Accept walk-in guests per current rates and property rules.
• Record guest information accurately.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Assist guests requesting additional services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Answer client questions and incoming calls.
• Resolve guest complaints on site.
• Redirect requests/phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Process settlement on checkout.
• Receive and distribute letters and packages to departments.
• Maintain front desk records and keep area neat and sanitized.
• Prevent any potential reputational detriment.
