Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay seeks a passionate Guest Experience Assistant Manager to curate and deliver immersive Balinese cultural activities for guests. You will plan programs, welcome guests, and collaborate with artisans to create authentic experiences that reflect local heritage.

Ideal candidates have a tourism or hospitality background, strong Balinese knowledge, and excellent English communication. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Cultural Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Balinese culture, traditions, ceremonies, and customs.
• Previous hospitality, guest relations, or cultural programming experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate Balinese cultural programs for resort guests.
• Deliver engaging cultural interpretation and storytelling.

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and culturally knowledgeable Guest Experience Assistant Manager - Balinese Cultural Activities to curate, coordinate, and deliver immersive experiences that celebrate the richness of Balinese heritage. This role plays a key part in creating meaningful guest connections through authentic cultural activities, engaging storytelling, and memorable heritage experiences.

What You Will Do

• Plan, organize, and facilitate Balinese cultural programs and experiences for resort guests.
• Welcome guests and deliver engaging cultural interpretation and storytelling.
• Collaborate with local communities, artisans, performers, and cultural experts to create authentic experiences.
• Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with Four Seasons luxury service standards.
• Gather guest feedback and continuously enhance cultural programs and experiences.
• Promote cultural activities through guest engagement and resort communications.
• Maintain activity schedules, reservations, and related operational records.
• Ensure all cultural experiences are authentic, respectful, sustainable, and culturally appropriate.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Cultural Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Balinese culture, traditions, ceremonies, and customs.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, tourism, or cultural programming is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Passion for sharing Balinese culture with international guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
