Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is seeking a Finance Staff to support day-to-day accounting, month-end tasks, and financial reporting. You will ensure accuracy, assist with closing processes, and collaborate across departments to maintain financial integrity.

The role requires a solid grasp of accounting principles, attention to detail, and fluent English. You will join a luxury hospitality team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences and culture.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

About The Role

The Finance Staff plays a key role in keeping our operations running seamlessly. Managing daily activities to assisting with month-end tasks and financial reporting, this role is all about accuracy, collaboration, and impact. You’ll be a trusted partner in ensuring our financial integrity.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for performing with accuracy and timeliness, all accounting and financial reporting for our property.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and safeguards the assets and resources of the hotel.
• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments and Home Office.

• Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
