This role supports the front desk operations and contributes to a smooth, guest‑focused experience across the hotel. Previous experience in hotel operations and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the reception within the Rooms division.
