Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to sharpen commercial growth initiatives and realize value post-investment. The role reports to Corporate Development / M&A and focuses on practical, measurable integration plans and strategic project execution.

Key responsibilities include due diligence, synergy identification, and cross-functional integration planning to drive post-merger value and track performance of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Management Consulting (strategy or operations), in-house Corporate Strategy, or in-house Corporate Development role.
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear strategic narratives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Due Diligence: market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer/ channel research to validate strategic fit and growth assumptions for potential investments.
• Synergy & Value Capture: identify, model, and synergies, ensuring they translate into measurable outcomes post-closing.
• Integration Planning: support integration planning across key functions, defining priorities, sequencing, and accountability for post-merger initiatives.
• Strategic Projects: contribute to portfolio reviews and performance tracking of growth initiatives.
