Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions seeks an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our Indonesia business. You will own revenue, manage the distribution network, and drive growth across market segments with a focus on channel strategy and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in channel sales leadership within healthcare/medical devices, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel across Indonesia and internationally. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Engineering or Business fields.
• Minimum 10 years of channel sales management experience.
• Experience with global MNCs.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Business level).
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of quarterly and annual sales target across the market and product segments.
• Drive overall business strategy for the Indonesia region, including Go-To-Market development and implementation to achieve year-on-year growth.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across existing and potential customer segments.
• Maintain key account relationships.
• Develop and maintain channel network to support business growth requirements; foster accountability and collaboration within the channel network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure support for the business and customers' needs.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline discipline and business review cadence to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely countermeasures to close gaps.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and reporting processes.
