Job summary

Apotek Komunitas Sehat Group in Bandung Timur/Garut seeks a Freelance Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Setup expert to brand and launch their online store across Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop. You will integrate inventory with the existing POS and refresh Google Profiles.

You will edit monthly 8–12 videos for Reels, run targeted Meta and marketplace ads, and report performance with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year managing Meta Ads and Marketplace Ads.
• Portfolio of successful online store setups on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Proficient in short video editing for TikTok/Reels.
• Understanding of Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience with POS integration to marketplaces.
• Ability to set up WhatsApp Business API with multi-agent systems.
• Willing to coordinate online/offline in Bandung Timur.
• Fixed monthly service fee; bonus/commission negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify official Apotek Komunitas Sehat accounts on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop using owner-provided legality documents
• Design store visuals (banners, logos, homepage decoration) aligned with KS brand identity
• Perform bulk upload of product data with marketplace SEO for titles and descriptions
• Integrate online store inventory with existing pharmacy POS system via API
• Update and rebrand 5 Google Business Profile accounts and 1 clinic with official transition format
• Edit 8-12 raw videos per month into ready-to-publish content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Design and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads) with 3-5 KM radius targeting around each outlet
• Direct ads to central WhatsApp Delivery system to trigger local delivery orders
• Run internal ads on Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads for high-margin products with good ROAS
• Provide monthly performance reports with ad statistics, WhatsApp conversions, and strategy recommendations
