TikTok Local Services is offering a Product Operations Project Intern position for 2026 start. You will assist in merchant operations, GTM support, data analysis, and market research to grow SMB recruitment and merchant engagement.

This internship provides on-the-job learning within a fast-paced environment, with cross-functional exposure and opportunities to explore product operations in an internet platform context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress; all majors welcome, with interest in business/data/operations.
• Strong analytical basics; Excel required, SQL/Python a plus.
• Clear logic, ownership and execution; manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and basic verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support merchant operations and GTM plans; focus on SMB acquisition, merchant engagement, and order growth.
• Collaborate with Product and regional BD to map merchant workflows and assist with segmentation.
• Pull, clean, and organize data using dashboards; monitor metrics and provide summaries and insights.
• Contribute to market/competitor research and iterative operational strategies to improve marketplace supply.
• Under guidance, learn search and recommendation basics; support merchant merchandise incubation and supply optimization.
