Job summary

Gestalt Center is seeking a Digital Marketing professional to build and execute comprehensive digital strategies that boost brand awareness and generate leads. You will manage multiple company digital platforms, develop content plans, and run advertising campaigns across channels.

The role requires hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media management, and data-driven optimization. You will analyze performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1st degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
• Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Ability to create content plans, copywriting, and develop creative content.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
• Ability to analyze digital campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
• Able to work independently and in teams toward targets. Portfolio of campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and leads.
• Manage and optimize company digital platforms.
• Plan and develop content according to target audience.
• Execute digital advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend research.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance based on KPI.
