Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Jakarta Pusat to drive our online presence and campaigns. This full-time role requires developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to engage customers across multiple platforms.

You will optimize campaigns, perform keyword research, create multimedia content, manage social channels, and collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience with proven online campaign success.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and email marketing tools.
• Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with persuasive marketing copy.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• CMS familiarity and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in social media marketing and community management.
• Creative thinker with ability to propose innovative digital solutions.
