Job summary

Dealls seeks a Senior SEO Specialist to drive growth for Dealls and KantorKu by translating strategy into execution—building pages, improving rankings, fixing technical issues, and shipping SEO initiatives that attract high-intent traffic.

You’ll work with the SEO Lead, Product, Engineering, and Content to turn SEO into a real growth engine and lead a small team of writers and specialists to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of SEO experience with hands-on execution.
• Proven track record in growing organic traffic and meaningful conversions.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, content systems, and search intent.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO initiatives across Dealls and KantorKu from strategy to delivery.
• Lead keyword research and mapping for jobs, ATS, HRIS, payroll, and SaaS.
• Optimize on-page SEO: titles, internal linking, content structure, schema.
• Build and maintain SEO landing pages and content clusters.
• Support programmatic SEO initiatives at scale.
• Identify and help resolve technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, CWV).
• Monitor performance using GSC, GA, SEMrush, and internal dashboards.
• Analyze rankings, CTR, traffic quality, and conversions.
• Run SEO experiments and iterate based on data.
• Prepare clear weekly updates with findings and next steps.
• Lead team comprised of SEO Specialist & Writers
