Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting, planning and analysis, and performance improvement.

You will review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, provide variance analysis, and support external audits where needed. The role emphasizes building financial models, stress testing performance, and partnering with business leaders to drive continuous improvements and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• Chartered Accounting qualification is preferred (ACCA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or corporate finance with supervisory/managerial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting - Review monthly, quarterly & annual reports and provide variance analysis.
• Financial Planning & Analysis - Develop financial models and stress test analysis on performance and business cases.
• Business Performance & Process Improvement - Liaise with leaders to provide financial insights and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting - Review monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports and provide variance analysis against budget/forecast, not limited to support on external audit.
• Financial Planning & Analysis - develop financial models, stress test analysis on financial performance, business cases, monitoring financial performance.
• Business Performance & Process Improvement - Liaise with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support, drive continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• A Chartered Accounting qualification is preferred (such as ACCA, CPA, etc.)
• At least a minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or corporate finance, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
