A Successful FP&A Manager Should Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's and/or certifications are not a must but beneficial.
• 8+ years of proven experience, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry. Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and mindset.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively.
• Strong business partnering abilities to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP, Power BI).
• Fluency in English is a must.
