Job summary

Deconid Holding is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple companies within the group. The role focuses on accurate books, timely monthly closings, and proactive financial analysis to support management decisions.

You will handle intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and coordination with tax consultants while ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-company environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax.
• Experience with full-set accounting and monthly closing.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple entities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate books for multiple entities

Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

Manage bank, AP/AR and account reconciliations

Handle and reconcile intercompany transactions between group entities

Assist with monthly closing, budgeting and cash flow monitoring

Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors for tax and compliance matters

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting procedures

Provide financial information and analysis to support management decisions

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-company/holding company environment

Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax

Experience with full-set accounting and monthly closing

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting software

Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple entities and deadlines

High integrity and ability to work independently

Brevet A & B is a plus

Experience in group accounting, consolidation and intercompany transactions
