Job summary

PT Apex Nusantara Indo is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive the planning and design of a greenfield manufacturing facility in Indonesia, aligning with company standards and coordinating with headquarters to integrate facility processes, equipment, and specifications.

You will collaborate with consultants and government relations to secure permits, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead multi-cultural teams through high capital investment projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading greenfield factory projects with large capital investments.
• Ability to coordinate with HQ, executives, contractors and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of greenfield facility aligning with company standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturing excellence and project group from HQ to integrate facility, processes, equipment, specs.
• Collaborate with consultant and government relationship team to secure permits and approvals from government authority in Indonesia.
• Develop and ensure compliance with Indonesian environment, safety, and industrial standards during design and construction.
• Act as main liaison between HQ group, government relations, contractors and stakeholders to provide manufacturing planning.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders with professional project management processes.
