Job summary

Risocycle, a creative initiative by Qualita Company, is offering a paid internship for hands-on graphic design and print production. You will create visuals for social media, develop layouts for prints, and prepare artwork for risograph printing.

The role involves learning color separation, setup, and working closely with the production team. Ideal candidates have a background in graphic design, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop, and an interest in print and typography.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create visuals for Risocycle’s social media and ongoing creative projects.
• Develop layouts and artwork for prints, posters, merchandise, and other RISO-based projects.
• Prepare artwork and files for risograph printing, including color separation and print setup.
• Get hands-on with the RISO printing process, from test prints and color adjustments to final production.
• Assist with basic print finishing, quality checking, and preparation of finished pieces.
• Collaborate with the AE, PM, designers, and production team to bring creative ideas into physical prints.
• Support workshops, collaborations, and other Risocycle creative activities.
• Help keep Risocycle’s visual language playful, experimental, and true to the nature of RISO

Risocycle is a creative initiative by Qualita Company that explores risograph printing, design, and artistic collaboration. Through print projects, workshops, and collaborations, we work with artists, designers, and communities to turn ideas into tactile, colorful, and sometimes beautifully imperfect prints.

What You’ll Learn

• Create visuals for Risocycle’s social media and ongoing creative projects

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related creative fields
• Comfortable with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Strong visual taste with an interest in print, RISO, typography, color, and experimental design
• Interested in learning the technical side of risograph printing not just designing on screen
• Comfortable working hands‑on with printing, production, and finishing
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, curious, and open to experimenting
• Previous experience with RISO printing is a plus, but not required. We’ll learn along the way
• Paid internship
