Job summary

International Global Network in Jakarta is seeking a junior graphic designer intern to create visual materials for social media, posters, banners, brochures, and certificates. You will support branding for IGN’s events and conferences, and develop concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to meet project requirements, revise designs on feedback, and prepare final files for publication and print. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across materials.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of understanding briefs, accepting feedback, and applying revisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects required.

• Support the visual branding and design needs of IGN’s events, programs, and conferences.
• Develop creative design concepts based on project briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, event, and partnership teams to create designs that meet project requirements.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare final design files for digital publication and printing.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Final-year student (with no offline classes left) or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and/or Canva.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across design materials.
• Able to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to understand creative briefs, receive constructive feedback, and implement revisions accordingly.
