Job summary

Hupo is seeking a Graphic Designer to own marketing and sales-facing design output. You will craft sales decks, brochures, event assets, and video content that appear in front of Fortune 500 clients during APAC/EMEA/AMERICAS events.

The role sits within the Sales team and partners with Marketing and Product Design to ensure consistency with a refreshed brand identity. 3–4 years in design and strong typography are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B startup or agency.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Strong layout and typography fundamentals for print and digital.
• Comfortable with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Sales Collaterals: design and refine sales proposals, brochures, and one-pagers.
• Presentation Design: create polished decks for board updates and investor pitches.
• Event Materials: design conference collateral and invitations for APAC/EMEA/Americas.
• Video Editing: cut and produce sales enablement videos for client-facing use.
• Brand Stewardship: apply the refreshed brand identity across all assets in collaboration with product design.
