Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Graphic Designer – Product Marketing to join our Marketing and Market Research team in Jakarta. You’ll translate complex ideas into visuals—sales decks, infographics, case studies, and social content—that help clients and prospects understand the future of OOH advertising in Indonesia.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, research, and commercial teams, shaping messages, experimenting with new tools, and delivering high-quality assets on a fast-moving schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong design skills focused on communication and storytelling.
• Proactive mindset with ability to suggest improvements to briefs.
• Curious and open to experimenting with new tools and workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Figma AI).
• High attention to detail and ownership over quality of work.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
• Interest in business, marketing, consumer insights, and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create product marketing assets including sales materials, social media content, research reports, case studies, infographics, campaign materials, and presentation decks that support marketing and commercial objectives
• Design with a focus on communication, clarifying complex ideas, simplifying messaging, and guiding audience attention
• Proactively suggest better creative directions or formats rather than simply executing briefs as given
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Market Research teams, gaining exposure to positioning, storytelling, research, and commercial strategy
• Maintain high quality standards and ownership over deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and proper file/export handling
• Contribute ideas, give and receive feedback openly, and work collaboratively within a fast-moving, ambitious team
