BP plc is hiring a Graduate - Procurement in Jakarta to build foundations in sourcing, contracting and supplier management. You will work on end-to-end procurement activities, market assessments, RFQ/tender processes, and spend analysis in a hybrid office/remote setting.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, learn category strategies, drive cost optimization, ensure governance, and develop leadership capabilities for a career in supply chain.

Qualifications

• Graduated or graduating by Aug/Nov 2027 from engineering, business, supply chain, procurement, economics or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities including market assessment and RFQ/tender processes.
