Job summary

PT Krakatau Posco is launching a structured Graduate Program to accelerate learning, strengthen leadership capabilities, and develop future-ready professionals. You will collaborate with business leaders and HR to align the program with priorities and deliver a strong experience for participants.

Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of related experience, with placement possibilities in Cilegon (Plant Site) or Jakarta (Sales & Marketing) based on company needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from University minimum Accreditation “Baik Sekali” (Overseas Campus will be an advantage). Major: Engineering (Industrial, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Electrical High & Low Voltage, Mechanical, Environment), Accounting, Law, Finance/Business Management.
• English proficiency is a must (TOEFL min. 500 or equivalent).

PT Krakatau Posco is building the next generation of Steel Industry talent through a structured Graduate Program designed to accelerate learning, strengthen leadership capabilities, and develop future-ready professionals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure the program aligns with operational priorities, supports organizational capability needs, and delivers a strong experience for participants. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from University minimum Accreditation “Baik Sekali” (Overseas Campus will be an advantage). Major: Engineering (Industrial, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Electrical High & Low Voltage, Mechanical, Environment), Accounting, Law, Finance/Business Management.

English proficiency is a must (TOEFL min. 500 or equivalent).

Open for Fresh graduated or having max 3 years work experience in related field will be point plus.

Have commitment to complete the program.

Willing to be place in Cilegon (Plant Site) or Jakarta (Sales & Marketing) based on Company Needs.
