PT Krakatau Posco di Cilegon, Banten mencari Accounting Staff untuk bergabung sebagai kunci operasional keuangan perusahaan dalam skala manufaktur. Anda akan mengelola transaksi keuangan, menyiapkan laporan keuangan, dan mendukung operasional keuangan agar berjalan efisien dan sesuai peraturan.

Posisi penuh waktu dengan penempatan on-site di Cilegon. Kandidat memiliki gelar S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan, pengalaman 3–5 tahun, kefasihan ERP SAP/Oracle, Excel tingkat lanjut, dan pemahaman ICFR serta

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana Akuntansi/Keuangan.
• Sertifikasi CPA/CA diutamakan.
• 3–5 tahun pengalaman akuntansi/ pelaporan keuangan & ICFR.
• Pengalaman end-to-end proses akuntansi pada industri manufaktur skala besar.
• Terampil dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, termasuk Notes ke Financial Statements.
• Menguasai SAP/Oracle atau ERP sejenis.
• Keterampilan Excel tingkat lanjut dan MS Office.
• Familiar dengan proses audit dan bekerja dengan auditor eksternal.
• Pengalaman di firmas akuntan publik atau lingkungan keuangan korporat menjadi nilai tambah.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

About The Role

We are seeking a talented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Krakatau Posco in Cilegon, Banten. As a full-time team member, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting the company's financial operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification is a plus (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or financial reporting and ICFR
• Proven hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes within a large-scale manufacturing industry.
• Prior exposure to financial statement preparation, including Notes to Financial Statements
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Familiarity with audit processes and working with external auditors
• Experience in a public accounting firm or corporate finance environment is an advantage
