Job summary

GrabMart is seeking a licensed pharmacist to lead pharmaceutical compliance and operations for GrabMart's health-tech expansion. Based onsite, you will set sourcing standards, ensure product listings comply, and build the category with safety and scale in mind.

You will work with cross-functional teams, report to the manager, and use your expertise in PSEF, Kemenkes, and BPOM regulations to drive safe, lawful online drug distribution and e-prescription workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy with professional pharmacist credentials.
• Active STRA and IAI membership in good standing.
• Eligible to obtain SIPA under PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia.
• 4+ years in pharmacy operations, preferably health-tech or online platforms.
• Experience with PSEF registration and regulatory licensing.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as Apoteker Penanggung Jawab for PSEF certification.
• Lead end-to-end PSEF registration, renewal, and reporting with authorities.
• Design and review digital pharmacy workflows and e-prescription screening.
• Author and audit SOPs for electronic pharmacy services and product listings.
• Oversee non-compliant listings and regulatory compliance without bias.
• Establish pharmacovigilance system and report ADRs.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Business Development.

Get to Know the Role

We're looking for a licensed pharmacist to lead pharmaceutical compliance and operations at GrabMart. You'll set the standards for how you source health products, list them, and deliver them on our platform, and help build this category as you grow it. You will directly report to the manager. You will be based onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Act as the official Apoteker Penanggung Jawab for PSEF certification.
• Lead end-to-end PSEF registration, renewal, and reporting processes with Kemenkes, BPOM, and local health offices (Dinkes).
• Design, review digital pharmacy workflows, including e-prescription screening (penapisan resep), digital consultation protocols, and pharmacy merchant verification.
• Author, validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electronic pharmacy services, product listing compliance, complaint handling, and product recalls.
• Exercise professional autonomy to oversee, audit, and reject non-compliant medicine listings or illegal pharmaceutical transactions on the platform without commercial bias.
• Establish and manage the platform's pharmacovigilance system, including tracking and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) to Kemenkes and BPOM.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Business Development teams to drive the growth of safe, scalable, and compliant health-tech offerings.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy ( S.Farm ) with a completed Pharmacist Professional Degree (Apoteker / Apt.).
• Valid Professional Credentials:
  • Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker)
  • Active member of IAI (Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia) in good standing.
  • Eligible to obtain a new SIPA (Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker) under PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia (must have an available slot under the legal maximum limit of 3 SIPAs).
• 4+ years of professional experience in pharmacy operations, ideally in e-pharmacy, health-tech, online marketplaces, or retail pharmacy chains.
• Hands-on experience with PSEF registration ( psef.kemkes.go.id ), Kemenkes health-tech licensing, BPOM regulations on online drug distribution, and e-prescription guidelines.
• Experience on engaging with regulatory bodies, including Kemenkes, BPOM, local Health Offices (Dinkes/PTSP), and IAI.
• Demonstrated experience drafting, implementing, and auditing pharmaceutical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management systems.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Operations, Product, and Business Development teams.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
