Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Government Relation Supervisor role.
• Experience in property industry preferred, especially mall management or high-rise operations.
• Familiar with government licensing, regulatory compliance, employment regulations, and legal administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), with strong administrative and document management skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and communicative, with strong coordination and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate government relations activities, including processing and renewal of permits, licenses, NIB, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with government institutions, including Disnaker, to support operations and address employment-related administrative matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes related to property operations, employment, and legal compliance, coordinating with internal departments.
• Assist in handling legal administrative matters, reviewing and maintaining legal documents, and coordinating with Legal or external counsel.
• Coordinate government meetings, inspections, audits, and follow-ups on regulatory or legal matters, ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.
