Job summary

Em-HR di Jakarta membutuhkan developer backend Golang untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan memelihara layanan backend yang scalable. Posisi ini bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk solusi berkualitas.

Kandidat berpengalaman 2–3 tahun, menguasai RESTful API, arsitektur backend, Agile/Scrum, dan CI/CD adalah nilai tambah. Kemampuan bahasa Inggris diperlukan karena interaksi dengan pemangku kepentingan internasional.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a backend developer (preferably with Golang).
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written), as the role involves communication with international stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
