Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Quality Leader to oversee GMP-aligned processes and ensure regulatory compliance at the Majalengka site.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree (Apoteker) with at least 3 years in pharma manufacturing, QA, or QC. Strong leadership, documentation discipline, and regulatory knowledge are essential for driving improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker / Licensed Pharmacist).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QA, or QC.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, CPOB, quality systems and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Willing to be placed at Majalengka Site, West Java.
• Selected candidates may be assigned to QA or QC functions based on company needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to ensure GMP/compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, CPOB, and regulatory requirements across QA/QC functions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage QA/QC teams.
