Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Experience leading accounting, finance, tax, and audit at GM level or equivalent in a global company.
• Driver Licence: Not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance, accounting, tax, audit, and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and other departments to understand business operations and resolve financial matters.
• Analyze financial and business performance to identify risks, underlying issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop practical financial strategies and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance processes, and risk management practices across the organization.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to support management decisions and long-term business planning.
