Job summary

Lalamove's Global Trainee Program offers an accelerated path to leadership through coaching, on-the-job training and global rotations. Fresh graduates will be relocated and exposed to multiple locations, departments, and cultures to build real-world leadership capabilities.

You will develop strong analytical skills, communicate effectively in English, and, if possible, engage with teams in China and other overseas markets.

Our Global Trainee Program is an accelerated pathway to leadership comprises of coaching, on-the-job training and global job rotation. Our Global Trainee will gain extensive exposure across locations and departments. You will have multiple rotations across our overseas & Chinese mainland operations, engaging and obtaining the necessary knowledge and skills from both the frontline and back office. The aim of this program is to prepare you to become our future leaders at Lalamove. Lalamove Global Trainee Program is accepting applications for intakes starting from 23rd September 2026.
