Job summary

• 3+ years of import/export experience with strong regulatory knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree; fluency in English required
• Analytical, detail-oriented, ability to anticipate and diffuse issues
• Strong project management and MS Office skills; PowerPoint preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle complex import/export activities for Indonesia with direction
• Collaborate with customs brokers, provide necessary paperwork and manage escalations
• Provide SME on Indonesia’s import laws and regulations
• Assist in communicating and training on policies, customs regulations, and logistics management
• Compile import/export reports and drive continuous improvement of systems and policies
• Analyze and maintain the company’s import/export data
