Job summary

Tate & Lyle in Jakarta Barat is seeking a Supply Chain Executive on a 1-year contract to support the Global Operations team in Indonesia. The role focuses on import-related documentation, coordinating with 3PLs and warehouse management, and ensuring ERP accuracy with stock movements.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in Supply Chain, 3+ years in related roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia. Start by 1 December 2026 with a structured benefits package.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3+ years in F&B procurement, warehouse or logistics.
• Clear understanding of import/export processes into Indonesia.
• Experience working with 3PL in Indonesia.
• Inventory management concepts and KPIs (cycle counting, FIFO, stock reconciliation, forecast and replenishment).
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English preferred.
• Able to commence work by 1 December 2026.
• Willing to contract hire for 1 year with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to import/export arrangements to meet changing customer demand.
• Process all goods receipts in ERP according to the packing list accurately.
• Ensure inventory movements in 3PL warehouse align with ERP transactions.
• Update and monitor shipment ETA in the forecast replenishment plan.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize ERP system and physical stock.
• Manage vendors and evaluate suppliers' performance.
• Prepare reports for analysis purposes.
• Monitor/Assess warehouse inventory levels and demand trends to ensure sufficient stock levels.
