Job summary

PT Iwata Bolt Indonesia, a Japan trading company specializing in fasteners for automotive parts, seeks a sales-marketing professional. You will manage all sales-marketing activities, request prices to Japan, update quotations, visit customers, and seek new clients, while coordinating with overseas suppliers via email and phone.

Qualifications

• Proven data analysis for quotations, POs, price and import quota.
• Acknowledge import license process is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Good personality and teamwork mindset.
• Familiar with exchange rate calculations and Excel formulas.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in trading or automotive manufacturing.
• GPA 3.4 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Handle all sales-marketing activities, request prices to Japan, update quotations, visit customers, identify new clients.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers via email and calls.
• Support other departments as needed.
