Job description

We are looking for a Global QA Specialist to manage and ensure regulatory compliance and food safety standards across all Kenangan brands in global markets. This role will play a key part in maintaining Food Safety Management Systems (FSMF), document control, and supporting ISO and Halal compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience or more in Quality Assurance, preferably within the food & beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, food regulations and regulatory compliance and Food Safety Management Systems
• Excellent document control and administrative skills
• Fluent in English
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
• Strong in excel

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure compliance with food regulations and requirements for all Kopi Kenangan brands, both locally and globally
• Oversee and maintain document control systems, including SOPs, policies, and regulatory documents
• Manage and support the implementation and continuous improvement of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
• Support ISO-related documentation, audits, and certifications
• Handle Halal compliance, including preparation, implementation, and internal coordination
• Conduct and support internal audits related to quality and food safety
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and global franchisees to ensure QA alignment
• Prepare reports, records, and administrative documentation related to QA and compliance
