Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Order Management professional to join our team. This role manages end‑to‑end order fulfillment, maintains master data accuracy, and coordinates with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customers to ensure On‑Time Delivery.

You will monitor OTDM/OTDS, Back Order Lines, and fulfillment rates; conduct root cause analyses; implement recovery plans; and drive continuous improvement in service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling to prioritize urgent orders.
• Monitor OTDM/OTDS, BOL, and fulfillment rates.
• Conduct root cause analyses for delivery issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven actions.
