Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia seeks a seasoned Group Head – Operations Excellence & Quality Assurance to lead the development and implementation of group-wide standards, governance, and service excellence. The role drives Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, operational audits, and performance reviews across all units, shaping transformation programs and risk management.

Leadership of talent development is essential to sustain capabilities and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in relevant roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, theme parks, tourism destinations, leisure, or multi-site service businesses.
• Strong expertise in operational audit, QA, service excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and transformation.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop group-wide standards, SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Lead operational audits, QA, and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen service excellence and brand standards across business units.
• Lead corrective actions, risk management, and operational improvement.
• Develop talent and succession pipelines.
• Advise VP Operations on operational risks, investments, and strategic priorities.
