ATI Business Group is seeking a hands-on Marketing Designer to support a B2B cruise platform. You will collaborate with an international team to turn briefs into publish-ready creative assets across web, email, and social channels.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in graphic/marketing design, strong Adobe suite skills, and experience with EDMs and WordPress content updates for global campaigns.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar creative role.
• Hands-on experience creating digital marketing assets for web, email, and social media.
• Strong English communication skills for international audiences.
• Experience with EDMs and email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Create graphics and digital assets for marketing campaigns, supplier partnerships, and promotional initiatives
• Design EDMs, social media assets, website banners, and other marketing materials
• Produce simple animated assets such as GIFs and video tiles, and edit short-form videos for web and social media
• Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Write clear and engaging copy for marketing emails, campaign assets, and social media
• Manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms
• Maintain the content calendar and shared creative asset library
• Upload campaigns, offers, and landing pages to the WordPress website
• Update website content, including copy, images, and multimedia
• Check links, formatting, images, and content accuracy before publishing
• Build and test EDMs using existing templates and ensure they display correctly across email clients
• Work closely with the international marketing team to understand briefs, priorities, and campaign requirements
• Manage multiple creative requests and deliver assets within agreed timelines
• Share creative ideas, progress updates, and recommendations to improve campaign execution
