Job summary

Hired is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist on a contract basis to oversee end-to-end logistics operations and optimize supply chain processes for efficient delivery of goods and services.

You will analyze data to identify trends, reduce costs, improve service levels across regions, develop logistics strategies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activities with business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics coordination or supply chain planning.
Proficiency with SCM software and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting datasets to drive decisions.
Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transport, warehousing, and distribution networks.
Monitor and report on KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including supplier disruptions and bottlenecks.
Leverage data analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
