Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Candidates from a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) background are highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with high-volume data.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end routine finance and accounting tasks.
• Assist in managing client account groups and ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to internal standards and reporting deadlines.
• Support Senior Consultants by managing day-to-day financial workloads.
• Contribute to IBMC’s scalability by handling additional client requests.
• Maintain meticulous records of financial data.
