RESPONSIBILITY

Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Carry out a good problem solving

Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support

REQUIREMENTS
