Job summary

CEVA Logistics Indonesia seeks an HR Business Partner to support managers, define engagement actions, and monitor KPIs such as absenteeism and time-to-fill. The role collaborates with employees and management to drive payroll accuracy and continuous improvement across regions.

As part of the Global HR roadmap, you will help deliver training plans and implement local initiatives, aligning with 2026 objectives and the EV(P) strategy.

Responsibilities

• HRBP supports managers to define and follow up on engagement action plans.
• Monitor absenteeism and workplace integrity (SpeakUP) and union agreements.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and time-to-fill (TTF) objectives.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement through corrective actions when problems arise.
• Deploy the new group EVP and improve TA tools to reduce TTF and attract top profiles.
• In 2026, roll out the Global HR roadmap with local initiatives and trainings.
• Increase training hours to deliver 3 days of training per employee as priorities evolve.
