Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a kitchen operations supervisor to oversee Baluchi.MV ghost kitchen activities, ensuring smooth daily prep, quality control, packaging, and efficient high-volume operations. You will schedule staff, coordinate dispatch coverage, and work with riders to deliver accurate orders while monitoring stock and minimizing waste.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in fast-casual or ghost kitchen leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of food safety standards

Qualificações

• Inventory management experience.

Responsabilidades
