Job summary

PT Cipta Kridatama is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to lead monitoring and geotechnical studies, preventing avalanches and supporting mine planning. You will develop assessments used by both the mine plan and operations, and optimize data-driven geotechnical implementation across active projects and new ones.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Geological/Mining Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with geotechnical software.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geological / Mining Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Understanding rock lithology and factors affecting slope stability.
POP Certificate is required.
Willing to be placed at the Meulaboh site, Aceh.
Proficiency with geotechnical software (Geotech Slide, Phase, Surpac, MineScape) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create monitoring systems and geotechnical studies to prevent avalanches.
Develop geotechnical assessment projects for mine planning and operations.
Optimize geotechnical implementation and data removal planning for mining operations.
Meet with clients to source/provide geotechnical data for analysis.
Prepare and provide geoengineering recommendations.
Provide periodic progress reports to Head of PPNC or HO.
Assist Head of PPNC in staffing analysis and organizational planning.
Develop innovative work programs and SOPs for geotechnical monitoring.
