Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals (Siloam) in Ciujung, Indonesia, seeks an experienced General Practitioner Senior (Supervisor) to lead clinical operations, supervise junior doctors, and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.

You will provide direct patient care, supervise and mentor staff, document meticulously, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting quality improvement initiatives across the practice.

Qualifications

• Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general medical practice.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical diagnostic and treatment expertise.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisive clinical decisions under pressure
• Experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented approach to medical practice and record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Supervise and mentor junior general practitioners and medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
• Conduct clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives and implement clinical improvement programs within the practice
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional development
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and organizational efficiency
• Manage patient communication with professionalism and empathy, addressing concerns and building trust
• Participate in continuing medical education and stay current with medical advancements and best practices
