Job summary

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license and registration with Indonesian health authorities.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Clinical Nurse.
  • Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and infection control procedures.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and medical equipment operation.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain patient care facilities by arranging room safety and comfort, checking equipment functionality, and ensuring all necessary medicines and health supplies are readily available and properly organized.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care using standard nursing practices, including performing emergency medical and nursing interventions based on patients' primary health concerns.
  • Conduct thorough patient observations and monitoring, assessing physical condition, psychological state, vital signs, and main complaints during and immediately after medical procedures.
  • Assist patients before, during, and after medical procedures by providing physical and psychological preparation, ensuring patient positioning, and offering reassurance and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Prepare patients following procedures by managing administrative requirements, including home care instructions, medical certificates, referral letters, and prescriptions, while providing relevant health education.
  • Implement and maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems for all nursing care activities to ensure clear communication and continuity of care across all departments.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards by participating in training programs, following established protocols, and contributing to the achievement of organizational and departmental performance indicators.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, families, and corporate stakeholders to ensure coordinated and compassionate care delivery.
