Job summary

Yayasan Westerlaken Alliance Indonesia is seeking a General Practitioner to join our Bali-based mobile and community clinics. The role requires a valid STR and willingness to travel across Bali to provide medical services and health education.

You will work full-time, deliver HIV/AIDS preventive education to teenagers, report on activities, and support development of community clinic services. Fresh graduates with STR are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Medical Registration Certificate (STR). Having a Medical Practice License (SIP) is preferred.
• Willing to work full-time (8 hours per day) and participate in mobile clinic activities across Bali.
• Open to fresh graduate doctors with a valid STR.
• Able to provide health education and counseling to patients, particularly regarding HIV/AIDS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for official duties if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services according to general practitioner competencies for patients in mobile clinic and community clinic settings.
• Conduct preventive HIV/AIDS education outreach, especially for teenagers in schools and youth communities.
• Support the development and implementation of community clinic services.
• Prepare and submit written reports regarding duties, activities, and patient services to the foundation.
• Actively participate in foundation-organized activities and community outreach programs as needed.

Introduction

Yayasan Westerlaken Alliance Indonesia is an Indonesian non‑profit organization founded in 2015 as a local partner of the Westerlaken Foundation in the Netherlands by Dr. Rodney Westerlaken, M.A.,M.Si.,M.Ed. Yayasan Westerlaken Alliance Indonesia has a fully Indonesian board and is dedicated to various social causes, including the HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign through the Mobile Clinic program.

This program aims to provide healthcare services and preventive education to the community, particularly teenagers, in an effort to prevent HIV/AIDS and promote general health check‑ups.

We focus on the following areas:

We are looking for a General Practitioner (Dokter Umum) with the following qualifications:

• Holds a valid Medical Registration Certificate (STR). Having a Medical Practice License (SIP) is preferred.
• Willing to work full‑time (8 hours per day) and participate in mobile clinic activities across Bali.
• Willing to support both mobile clinic services and community‑based clinic activities.
• Open to fresh graduate doctors with a valid STR.
• Able to provide health education and counseling to patients, particularly regarding HIV/AIDS.
