Siloam Hospitals Purwakarta is seeking an experienced ICU/ICCU/HCU nurse to join their team. You will provide direct nursing care, prepare rooms and equipment, monitor patient conditions during procedures, and support patients and families throughout the care journey.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Nursing with Ners and at least 3 years as a Level I Clinical Nurse, with preference for ICU certification and a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and Ners Professional Program required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Level I Clinical Nurse.
• ICU-certified or experienced nurses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out patient nursing care in ICU/ICCU/HCU units.
• Prepare facilities and ensure equipment, medicines, and supplies are ready.
• Monitor patient health, vital signs and response during procedures.
• Support patients and families before and during doctors' procedures.
• Handle post-procedure administrative tasks and home-care guidance.
• Record and report nursing care accurately in the system.
• Participate in quality and safety training to meet hospital targets.

Job Description

• Responsible for carrying out patient nursing care/services in the ICU/ICCU/HCU unit.
• Prepare facilities for smooth service and make it easier for patients/families to receive services, by: Arranging the security and comfort of the room. Check and ensure that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary medical equipment are available and ready to use.
• Provide nursing care using standard nursing practice: Carry out emergency medical/nursing actions according to the patient's main health problem. Make observations, monitor the patient's health condition (general condition: physical, psychological, vital signs and main complaints) during the procedure and immediately after the procedure.
• Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position. Provide a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure.
• Prepare patients who have completed procedures, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Provide health education to patients/families as needed.
• Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system.
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Nursing and Ners Professional Program (S.Kep., Ns.)
• Have minimum 3 year work experience as a Level I Clinical Nurse.
• Preferred: Experienced and certified nurses in ICU.
