Job summary

MULTITREND Indo Tbk is seeking a General Manager Marketing to craft and execute a comprehensive yearly marketing plan, elevating brand image, refining market positioning, driving store traffic, and delivering cohesive outputs across channels.

You will report to management with evaluative insights, lead brand representation to media and partners, oversee teams, mentor staff, and implement KPI-driven reviews; you will build strong stakeholder relationships and set performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as General Manager Marketing or Marketing Lead.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
• Interest in developing skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Plan: develop & strategize a comprehensive yearly marketing plan to enhance brand image, improve positioning in the market, boost traffic to stores, and ensure outputs across all platforms.
• Reporting: prepare evaluation reports to be presented to management with suggestions to improve.
• Represent the Brand: act as a key person toward media, partners and other 3rd parties on behalf of the brand.
• People development: manage, direct and oversee each personnel team; transfer knowledge; evaluate quarterly KPIs across staff.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders & the Principal.
• Set up metrics and improvement plans based on current performance.

Job description

• Marketing Plan, develop & strategize a comprehensive yearly marketing plan to enhance brand image, improve positioning in the market, boost traffic to stores, and ensure qualified outputs across all platforms.
• Reporting, prepare the evaluation reports to be presented to management with suggestions to improve.
• Represent the Brand as a key person on behalf the brand towards the media; partners; and other 3rd party.
• People development, managing, directing and oversee each personnel team to ensure deliverables in a timely manner . Proper transfer knowledge to all personnel(s) to ensure individual growth. Evaluate each personnel performance on quarterly based through KPIs review & 1-2-1 review.
• Develop and maintain the good relationship with stake holders & the Principal.
• Setting up the metrics and improvement plan based on current performance.

Requirements

• Work experience as General Manager Marketing or Marketing Lead, preferably within industry
