Tropical Kasbah is looking for an experienced, highly structured and hands-on General Manager to oversee and develop our growing hospitality operations in Ubud, Bali.

We are looking for a strong leader who can take full responsibility for daily operations, team management, guest satisfaction, occupancy and revenue performance, maintenance, HR coordination, budgeting, cost control and management reporting.

The ideal candidate must be analytical, financially minded, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify problems, make decisions independently and ensure that teams execute consistently to a high standard.

This is a hands-on management position. We need someone who is comfortable both analyzing numbers and being present in the properties to inspect operations, coach teams and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• * Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality management experience
• * Excellent leadership and team-management skills
• * Strong financial, analytical and administrative abilities
• * Good understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, OTA performance, pricing and revenue management
