Job summary

Royal Darmo Hotel Yogyakarta is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead all departments—Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance—and to drive operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and a keen understanding of hotel financials.

You will formulate annual plans and budgets, implement pricing strategies, and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a star-rated hotel.
• Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and result-oriented drive.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English.
• In-depth understanding of hotel financial analysis (P&L), revenue management, and international standards.
