Job summary

PT ENERGY LOGISTICS is seeking an experienced General Affairs/Maintenance professional to support our oil and gas logistics operations in Manado. The role covers purchasing, facility upkeep, asset management, and government-related tasks. You will liaise with vendors and internal users to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates with 1–2 years in GA or maintenance, strong admin skills, and driving licenses (SIM A/C) are preferred. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree in any major (prefer engineering).
• 1–2 years experience in General Affair or Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of building and facility maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and PDF handling.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM A and SIM C to drive vehicles.
• Residents of North Minahasa or Manado preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the purchasing process per SOPs.
• Carry out maintenance of building facilities, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage office assets and stationery supplies.
• Handle GA administration to support operations.
• Manage vehicle documents including STNK and KIR.

Qualification Required

Minimum D3 or S1 all majors (preferably engineering).

Have 1- 2 years of working experience in the field of General Affair or Maintenance.

Understand the basics of building and facility Maintenance.

Possess a valid SIM A and SIM C, with the ability to drive both cars and motorcycles to support operational needs.

Strong understanding of the purchasing process, reporting, and monitoring; familiarity with relevant systems is preferred.

Excellent Administrative and computer literacy is compulsory (Proficiency in Ms.word,Ms.Excel, Email Outlook, Pdf).

Able to work under pressure, honest, thorough and Responsible.

Good Command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

Candidates residing in the North Minahasa or Manado area are preferred.

Description Of Duties

Execute the entire purchasing process in accordance with company SOPs.

Carry out maintenance of building facilities. monitoring safety and cleanliness.

Manage office assets and stationery supplies.

Handle GA administration and ensure operations run effectively and efficiently.

Management of STNK and KIR extensions for operational vehicles.

Monitoring and maintaining the condition of buildings, electricity, air conditioning, operational vehicles and other facilities in good condition.

Providing operational support and implementation of company activities.

Manage government-related matters, such as vehicle tax and required local permits.

Oversee office facility management, including supplies, security, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth procurement and service delivery.
